The right plan depends on your transaction volume and whether you carry inventory — that's exactly what the free consultation is for.
What's the difference between a bookkeeper and an accountant?
Bookkeepers focus on the execution of daily financial tasks, while accountants provide analysis and strategic guidance. A bookkeeper does not provide financial advice, tax preparation, auditing or financial forecasting — those are accountant services. Clarity works alongside your CPA, not instead of them.
My books are months behind. Can you still help?
Yes — that's one of the most common reasons people call. Bookkeeping Clean-Up & Catch-Up is a one-time project to bring your accounts up to date, reconcile past transactions and resolve any discrepancies. Most clients start there and then move onto a monthly or quarterly plan so it never happens again.
Do you work with my CPA and payroll provider?
Yes. Clarity acts as the liaison with your tax professional and hands them the financial information they need, and collaborates with your payroll provider for accurate and timely processing. Sales tax estimated payments are monitored and reminders scheduled so nothing sneaks up on you.
Is my financial information secure?
All documents are exchanged through Verifyle, an encrypted document exchange platform. Nothing sensitive travels over regular email.
Do I have to be in Safety Harbor to work with you?
No. Clarity is based at 1703 N. McMullen Booth Road, Unit 214, Safety Harbor, FL 34695 and serves businesses across Tampa Bay — Clearwater, Oldsmar, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Tampa, St. Petersburg — as well as remote clients. Everything runs in QuickBooks Online, so an in-person visit is optional.
